Our retreats take place in the beautiful Aljezur region of the Western Algarve, within easy reach of pristine beaches including Amoreira and Monte Clérigo.
Common Questions
Do I need meditation or yoga experience?
Not at all. Our retreats welcome both complete beginners and experienced practitioners. We provide guidance and modifications to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
What's included in the retreat price?
Accommodation, all meals (vegetarian, featuring local Portuguese ingredients), daily meditation and yoga sessions, guided coastal walks, and all retreat activities. Transportation to/from the retreat location is not included.
How do I get to the Western Algarve?
The nearest airport is Faro (about 1.5 hours by car). We can provide recommendations for car rental, shuttle services, or we can arrange group transportation for an additional fee if multiple participants are arriving at similar times.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes for meditation and yoga, layers for variable weather, walking shoes, swimwear, sunscreen, and a journal. We provide yoga mats and meditation cushions. Full packing list sent upon registration.
